This vegan paste made from a combination of cooked chickpeas, sesame paste and spices is familiar to any fan of Middle Eastern cuisine.

It is great as a sandwich paste, a side dish or as a stuffing for dumplings and tortillas, and a thick sauce for pasta or porridge. We offer a wide range of hummus: from the classic, with sun-dried tomatoes, to those with a bit of spice – with chili and jalapeno peppers. Of course, we are able to season hummus as you like and create a completely new, delicious composition.

We additionally offer sesame paste, more widely known as tahini.
