Outsourcing private label production is incomparably cheaper than building your own production line. The biggest advantage, however, is that you can focus all your company's efforts on marketing and sales. If you want to focus all your attention on creating a sales team, building product awareness with consumers, then outsourcing production is the best possible option. For products that are in our standard range, we can, in the case of white label production, supply up to several dozen pieces of a product. However, this may involve longer waiting times - such products are made within our current production requirements. The production minimum is a complex subject: it depends on the type and weight of the product, the type of wrapping and packaging, labelling and labelling. We try to be as flexible as possible in this regard. Therefore, do not hesitate to send us an enquiry.

What is white labelling anyway? It is the outsourcing of production to an external company that makes a product without labelling it, e.g. without applying a label. In this case, you label the products supplied by us yourself. To answer your question: yes, of course we carry out such orders.

In most situations, it is the customer who takes care of the design and sends us the ready-to-print files. We can take care of the printing - we work with several digital and flexographic printers on an ongoing basis. It is also possible for us to prepare a label design for your products. Of course, nothing prevents your company from providing us with ready-to-print labels. We will send you all the necessary files - label and grid winding guidelines.

We are the manufacturer and we are responsible for the quality of the product. With the procedures in place, we can guarantee that our products are of the highest quality and meet the requirements of global retail chains or leading food companies under a single, internationally recognised food safety management system throughout the supply chain. The programme has the advantage of being fully recognised by the GFSI - Global Food Safety Initiative, an organisation that evaluates international food safety standards, treating FSSC 22000 on a par with IFS or BRC certification.

Depending on the type and size of production, lead times can vary from a few to several days. Most productions are completed within 10 working days. For the first production, the time may be longer due to the whole process of designing and printing the labels. The estimated time quoted applies to subsequent productions when we already have the materials needed in stock. In the case of larger productions (multi-pallet orders), the waiting time may be longer, in which case we agree an individual lead time with the customer. If you are very time-sensitive, please note that we can ship directly to the shops/distribution centres, bypassing your warehouse.

Yes, this is a possibility. If it is packaging in which we have not previously packaged the product, it must undergo the appropriate tests before production begins. Our team must check that we have the technical capacity to pack the product in the packaging you propose and that the packaging has the necessary approvals for food contact. In order to ensure the highest product quality and to prevent unpleasant surprises during production, we recommend that in such cases a sample product is made.

Depending on the customer's needs and the specifics of the product project in question, it is possible to sign a contract. However, with standard products in our portfolio, this is not necessary.

With each of our projects, you can feel secure that information about the product and your company will not be disclosed. Of course, to further guarantee your security, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), which will settle any issues and your concerns in writing.
