Thanks to the many years of development of our machinery, we have the ability to differentiate the packaging of nut butters and creams, including selecting the right type of packaging for them.

We realise the importance of choosing the right packaging, which also depends on your vision for positioning your product in the market. That is why we give you the opportunity to personalise the packaging of your product, leaving you with hundreds of glass and plastic jars, doypacks with cork and monoportion containers, among others.

Glass jars

Glass – so much appreciated by most shoppers – is the ideal packaging for your products if you are concerned about building an eco-friendly brand image.

The jars are ideal as reusable packaging, as your consumer will also be able to reuse them while taking care of the environment. We use metal caps to close the glass jars. As an additional security against opening, we use sealing strips on the lid in the form of a strip or a “lollipop” shaped label.

Plastic jars

We offer a huge number of designs for plastic jars: different diameters and capacities, in a variety of colours as well as transparent.

Do you want to minimise the cost of transporting your product to your customers? Then plastic packaging is the ideal solution – much lighter than glass packaging and more resistant to damage. We use polypropylene (PP) caps to close these packs. The cap contains a multi-layered insert, which is glued to the jar by induction welding in the form of a silver platinum.

Pouchbag packaging

This type of packaging is ideal for ‘to go’ products with weights of 25-150 grams.
There is a multi-colour print directly on the packaging and a choice of cap colour.

Perhaps you want your product to be able to be taken with you at all times as a snack? Or are you targeting athletes who need the right dose of top-quality energy at any given time? Your product in a doypack with a stopper is made for such needs! The packaging can be capped with a special cap – Choke Free Cap or Safety Cap – so that your product is safe for the youngest consumers.

Monoportions

Package with a diameter of 50 mm, available in two volumes. Ideal for products weighing 15-30 grams.

Our machinery allows us to produce creams and nut butters also in small handy mono-portion packs. Do you want your recipient to be able to quickly grab a small portion of the product to spread on a sandwich at work, school or on a picnic? These types of packaging are ideal for this type of application! From now on, there’s no need to carry around a whole big jar to eat something tasty during the day. Nut creams and butters in monoportion can be used as a dip for products and as a breakfast spread in hotels and restaurants.

Squeeze bottles

Use the product comfortably in many situations. 

Are you looking for a handy squeeze pack for your product, but are interested in a larger weight? Our squeeze pack range fits your needs perfectly. Squeeze the contents of the pack onto a cake, ice cream, sandwich or salad and enjoy the taste of the food.

Side labels

The side label is a very important part of a good product.
Our labelling equipment can cope with a wide range of tasks.

We have been working with label printers for many years. We have a wide range of die-cutters. If you want to provide us with labels yourself, there is nothing to stop you – we will send you the exact guidelines and materials. We can label products with paper labels as well as with foil labels. It doesn’t matter to us whether the label is transparent because we have ultrasonic sensors in our equipment. Do you have an idea for a product but no idea for a label design? You can commission us with it.

Top labels

This adds to the presentation of your product.

We have an automatic line for applying the top label to product lids. We can apply two types of labels – a sealing label or a label that does not overlap the edge of the packaging. The sealing label will find its application in packaging with a metal cap, as it will protect the product from unauthorised opening of the jar. There is a choice of labels in the form of a strip or in the form of a “lollipop”. We can also affix round labels to the top of the lid with additional product information to make the product stand out on the shelf.

Shrink film or cardboard

We can customise the form of packaging to suit your needs.

Depending on the form of sale of your product, we can offer several types of packaging in our range:

  • foil sealing – this is the cheapest form of packaging. It consists in placing a pack of unit packs (usually 6 pieces) in a sleeve of shrink film and passing it through a heating tunnel. The advantage of such packaging is its weight, transparency and price per unit.
  • collection carton – it is possible to make printed cartons from grey or bleached cardboard. This is environmentally friendly packaging.
  • cardboard tray in a foil seal – this is the ideal packaging option favoured by retail chains.
  • mailer box – these are made according to individual designs. We cooperate with companies that make such packaging. Tell us what kind of packaging you need and we will try to make it.
